Shole was founded on 02.11.2018 by two industrial oil and anti-adhesion specialists with over 10 years of experience. With the founding of the company, the first formulations of Shole anti-adhesion fluids were developed, which quickly found satisfied customers.
Every year, Shole formulas are developed and improved. New, even more specialised agents are developed from proven and established products. In 2022, Shole is producing 18 specialised release agents for various applications.
In 2021, a subsidiary company FLUX was established, which is an actively operating and the only tax warehouse producing anti-adhesion in Lower Silesia. The Shole Group currently supplies its products to the majority of precast concrete plants and to the largest suppliers of formwork and concrete solutions, i.e. Peri or DOKA.
Establishment of Shole Polska Sp. z o.o. by two lubricants entrepreneurs specialising in moulding agents.
The year 2018 is marked by hard work on key product lines - Develop and Premium. Today, we can confidently say that these products are among the core products in the concrete industry in Poland, sold on a large scale.
Shole Polska enters into its first cooperation with scientific and research institutions. A range of several proprietary ormulations is developed, and the first R&D competition with EU funds is launched for the replacement of hydrocarbon products with more environmentally friendly ones.
Collaboration with scientific and research centres results in the invention and patenting of biodegradable product technologies. that meet the needs of a market operating in a sector where environmental protection is a priority. The company obtains the first 100% bioegradability certificates.
Shole Group is expanding by setting up Poland's first tax warehouse dedicated strictly to the production of moulding agents allowing the company's eligible customers to purchase hydrocarbon products under the excise tax exemption procedure.
The company begins expansion into foreign markets. Cooperation with international corporations in the home market enables this strategic step for the company. In addition, the company develops new emulsion agent technology through the purchase of a modern production line for mechanical and pressure homogenisation.
